I used Dorothy & Toto to make an adorable card!

Dorothy's dress was paper pieced & the rest was colored with Copics

Let's Celebrate!

I have 9 nieces & nephews and 3 have birthday's in May & 1 more has a birthday in June so I figured I had better get busy with cards so I am not rushing as they get closer! I made this adorable card for one of my nephews.
